*As people began investigating and things progressed, contents were decoded, and were speculation was made the site was modified. Often times in direct correlation to the thread and IRC Channel hinting that the Creator might have been observing.
It currently seems to update semi-randomly with new images to decipher.

Below is a idea I wanted to share…"Please do not let the gov read your messages"
SideChat: A group chat program with covert channel
==================================================
Purpose (official): Group chat that supports client-side persistant ignore/block lists. Purpose (covert): Covert communication between users. Operation: -- Identity generation 0.) Every new user's client generates a new ECC P-521 key (IDKey) to be used for signing messages sent via SideChat. 1.) The user selects a previously unused pseudonym (PS). 2.) The client calculates a hash collision (HC) of length X for hash(PS|IDKey) 3.) The client signs PS|HC|IDKey with IDKey and publishes it, this is his identity. Reasoning: Signing messages with a key that is expensive to generate (hash collision) means that a cost is attached to the identity. This reduces the motivation to switch keys and makes ignore/block lists more effective. Writing a message: 4.) The user types the message MU 5.) Client attaches PS|HC|IDKey as well as a timestamp TS to the message MU, generating MU|TS|PS|HC|IDKEey = M 6.) Client generates a nonce NO for ECDSA signature using HASH(M | PRNG)=NO 7.) Client signs M with IDKey using NO: SIG=ECDSA(M,NO,IDKey) 8.) Client publishes M|NO|SIG to group channel. Reading a message: 9.) Client parses MS to split into MU, TS, PS, HC, IDKey, NO, SIG 10.) Client verifies that IDKey is not on the user's ignore list 11.) Client verifies that SIG is valid 12.) Client displayes MU to user. User can add IDKey to ignore list. Covert writing a message: 13.) BREAK TO UNLOCK THE STEPS TO FINISH THIS COVERT COMMUNICATION 61a8064247981bde119b3c75a112c7fd1aacffaff077ee2e3b70a5b94bb0c49d
